Date on the inside of the jacket is 9/99
Jacket has a zippered entrance on the left side that runs from the hem to the armpit and ends on the underneath of the left sleeve. The jacket is a rain jacket but I do not know its level of protection. This is a one owner jacket, purchased retail over 20 years ago. It has been stored since at least 2005. Tried to describe the jacket the best I could. It is in great condition, to be 20+ years old it looks brand new in my opinion. Any questions feel free to reach out and ask.
